Howdy, all.

I just started brewing again after a ~7 year hiatus from brewing.

I just put my first batch into secondary a few minutes ago and HOLY CRAP, it's good.

An Amber ale that the local brewing supply place helped me figure out.

I'm already planning for the next batches of beer.

Anyway, glad to meet everyone and looking forward to finding out more about brewing beer!

A big howdy from someone who grew up in Mason. Did you graduate from Mason High, or moved to Mason later in life?

My younger sisters graduated in '92 and '96, you might know them.

Next time I'm in town we should get a beer! :mug:

Heh, I grew up in Virginia Beach and moved up here after grad school to work at Michigan State. My fiancee and I recently moved out here because we love the area!

Next time you're up, I'd be more than glad to get a beer. :mug:

That works both ways, We are only two hours from Virginia Beach. If you happen to come back home much, the wife likes any reason to go to the Beach.

Most certainly. I'll be down there sometime this summer to take this back to Michigan:

Welcome back to brewin. I was born in Midland, and grew up around Arcadia, Cadillac. But I have called Texas home for the last 25 years.

Thanks! :mug:
