This is my first post. Just wanted to say hello to everyone.
I have brewed 5 batches of partial mash..... hefeweizen and belgian wit. Gathering the equipment now for all-grain now and hopefully will start an all-grain breww in the next couple of weeks!
 
oh, I also want to add that I am Texan by birth and an Aggie by the Grace of God.

I live west of Anacoco, about 5 miles from the Toledo Bend dam. Oh yeah, I fish a lot also ;)
 
i went to cypress bend in november with friends and homebrew. they all were converted by monday. didnt get to fish though
