I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this site and the vast experience of those posting. I have some home brewing experience, however roughly 8 yrs have passed between batches (the processes of courtship, dating, relocating, marriage, and carreer moves accounting for lost time). I'm currently brewing with all extract and specialty grains, but I would like to make the jump to all grain eventually. As for now, I have 13th Hour Brown Ale (American Brown Ale) in the secondary, and I'm trying to decide what will be next to grace the primary...
