After a few years of making terrible wine, i decided to try my luck at homebrewing beer. With a bit of prodding from my cousin and a friend, both homebrewers, here I am. i bottled my first batch an extract base APA last week, and i've got a gallon of peach wine fermenting on the counter as we speak.
thanks to all for the great advice and continuous entertainment. any other folks from Western KY, St. louis area, and Champaign, IL areas let me know. We frequent Stl and IL as that's where our families live. I'm always game to meet more brewers and share stories.
