JD Burentt here! Hey everyone. Just started out extract brewing about 1 month ago. I have done 4 batches, Scottish, German, American and Holiday Ale (Brewers Best kits from What Ales Ya? in Phoenix). The first two turned out very well and cant wait to try the next ones. So far I have had no problems. Its been smooth but i really had the first time jitters wondering how everything would turn out. This site was beyond helpful and informative. I have learned alot from just a month ago. I am now hopelessly addicted to making my own beer and look forward to trying new ideas and methods as i learn the ropes:mug. Thanks!
