3rd batch of all grain is in the bottles! This one is a Bell's Amber clone (thread for that one is around here somewhere...) that I made for the 2nd time, but used a different yeast this time around.

Anyway, here's the recipe:

81.8 9.00 lbs. Pale Malt(2-row)
9.1 1.00 lbs. Crystal 90L
9.1 1.00 lbs. Munich Malt(light)

Mashed at 153º for 60 mins

0.50 oz. Cascade Pellet 7.50 17.9 60 min.
0.50 oz. Fuggle Pellet 4.75 11.3 60 min.
0.50 oz. Cascade Pellet 7.50 0.0 0 min.
0.50 oz. Fuggle Pellet 4.75 0.0 0 min.

Wyeast 1056

Here's how it came out:

6 gal pre-boil volume, at 1.044 SG

1.048 SG after boil down to 5 gal

1.004 FG after 3 weeks in primary

How'd I do?
