So i currently have an Ipa in my primary and i will be bottling it in the next 2 weeks. I got this peach flavoring that i am sapose to add at bottling. My first question is would it be a waste to use it on an ipa? its just a basic coopers kit. second can i just dump the little bottle and mass batch it like the priming sugar? also the guy at the shop told me i should bottle a beer in a pop bottle to know when they are carbonated then throw them in the fridge? thanks

I personally haven't bottled. I went straight to kegging. But I would say if Ur kit didn't come with any DME, then U definitely would use the peach flavoring like a normal priming solution. U can also go back to Ur LHBS and ask how to bottle this particular kit.

Then figure out how much sugar U need in grams for priming and see in the flavoring has that much. If it's short, you should be able to make up the difference with Light DME or Corn Sugar.
