Brewed an apricot ale a couple days ago and took an OG reading.
I have to add a can of apricot purée in the next day or two, and I'm just wondering if there is a way to tell the total alcohol percentage when everything is bottled and kegged.

I made a cream ale and added peach puree and peach extract at different points. The peach puree can actually stated the OG on the outside as 1040. The can was from a LHBS so it was probably too expensive, but it was interesting that the label had that info.
