how to reassemble AB keg

does any one know how to resemble a Anheuser-Busch keg? i took the ball spring pick up tube out of a keg, thinking i was gonna convert it, but know i realize the keg is really beat up to convert to a keggle...how do i put the spring clip back?

What do you mean by specialized tools or a c ring clip? sorry but i don't understand what to do with a ring clip or specialized tool
