Does anyone know of a good resource for how to keg for beginners? I'm going to start making at home soon, and want to do forced carbonation in a Corny, but I would like to find step by step instructions for the kegging part. Especially how much CO2 and for how long

The best place I've found is a guy on YouTube named craigTube. He has a four part series on kegging from the basics all the way up to force carbonation.

Do a search there for craigtube beginning keg and you should find all four of his videos

You can also search these boards for the multitude of posts on the subject. There's at least one sticky on carbonating (in this section too). Many of the vendors that sell kegging setups also have instructions on setting them up and using it.

Chris Knight has a four part video on YouTube. It was a great resource when I started kegging. Here is part one.
