As far I know hops are being cultivated in Himachal Pradesh. Only there the climate is suitable for cultivating hops. In recent years farmers cultivating hops there are facing issues because of imported hops that are better. If you know someone from Lahaul in HP you may be able to get the rhizomes. An easier option would be to buy small amounts of hops online (Search in Google: there are 2 providers). Alternatively you can also buy hop extract powder. It is available thorough Indiamart and other sites.
