How to convert a sanke kegerator to fit a ball lock keg?

Disclaimer: I have no experience with kegging

I purchased a kegerator because it was a great deal from facebook marketplace (200CAD) with everything included (Tower, 2.5lb CO2 tank, regulator, sanke coupler, beer and CO2 lines) and it was practically brand new
The model of the kegerator is Nostalgia KRS-2000
Unfortunately, after purchasing the kegerator and spending 4 hours cleaning and assembling it, I realized the kegerator is for sanke kegs and I only have access to ball lock kegs from my local home brew stores
Is there a way for me to convert a sanke kegerator to a ball lock kegerator without spending a fortune?

You'll see in the video below that it depends on whether you want to permanently convert to homebrew or if you want to be able to switch back and forth easily. Either solution is inexpensive.
