If I want the sweetness of 1030 Sg, how do you know how much Stevia to add to get there?

Is the Sg with Stevia the same as the original sugar?

I suppose I could taste test it until it is correct.

I do not believe Stevia will even register on a Hydrometer as it is not a type of sugar.

Taste till your happy is what i have seen people write about.

as JRiggs2k said, sweeten to taste. Even if you hit that number it may not be what you want. Add a little less than you think you need and then go up from there. Note that if you plan on carbonating it, the carbonation makes it seem a tad drier as well.
