i bottled a batch of AHS double IPA about 4-5 months ago. there is ZERO carbonation. i thought i had possibly forgot to add the priming sugar at bottling, so i threw some Muntons carb tabs in 2 bottles and let them sit for a few weeks and got nothing. so, my only conclusion is that the gelatin, cold crash, and racking technique was too much for the yeast. since adding sugar didn't work, i guess i need to try adding yeast. how much and what kind of yeast should i add to the bottles to see if they will carb? i would prefer to test just two or three bottles before re-bottling the entire batch. thanks.

afterthought: i guess this would be a good reason to go ahead and invest in a kegging system huh?

thanks. i guess i'll try this next. if all else fails, i guess i could just get a kegging kit and carb it that way (plus i'd have a good excuse for spending more money).
