I am building an outbuilding soon for working on cars/painting, small gym, and some lawn equipment storage/tool storage. I am trying to plan on how much space I will need to allocate for brewing if I want to move myself to a dedicated space instead of futzing about in a small kitchen with a electric glass top range that I constantly worry about breaking 
I was thinking for washing station, brewing station, and small temperature controlled room/closet, about 20 feet by 15 feet?
What do you guys think, or what would you recommend space-wise?
