I am making a one gallon batch of strawberry wine, i followed the directions and after four days in a open primary covered with a clean towel in does not seem to be doing much, kind of looks like pink soda.

I came home today to see no pinpoint bubbles, i took a reading and i am just under 1.00 , is it safe to rack to the secondary?

Yes. Sounds like the major fermentation is done, so rack to the secondary and top up.

Racked to the secondary and i am getting a bubble about every minute and a half, it looks kind of cool in the carboy. Two different shades of pink right now.
