Depends on the length of your tubing and the inside diameter. For 3/16" ID tubing 5 feet long I think 12 PSI is about right. I don't have a table in front of me but I think that's a decent estimate.

Also you can just experiment start at 10-12 psi and drop the pressure if you get to much foam

I'd do it opposite. Start with low PSI and work up.
But that's probably because I like "Real" Ale
