Time to begin again...and on that note I have roasted:
1489 grams of Flores Manu Lalu
1400 grams of Burundi Rwiri Yagikawa Station
2400 grams of Colombia Totoro Parabolic dried
which gives a total of 5289 grams = 11.6 pounds

11.6 pounds to date:D

Just finished another pound this time it was an El Salvador Peaberry Natural.

21.6 + 1 = 22.6

I’m going to try and be better posting this year. Cheers!

tonight's roast featured:
881 grams of Burundi Rwiri Yagikawa
2476 gram of Nicaragua Buenos Aires
2400 grams of Colombia Totoro
1600 grams of Uganda Kapkwai Sipi Falls
= 7,357 grams = 16.2 pounds
16.2 + 22.6 + 38.8

My LHBS expressed interest in my coffee once I was up and going. Roasted 5 pounds last night I’ll drop it by tomorrow and talk with him.

38.8 + 5 = 43.8

1653 grams of Colombia Tolima (lost 1000 grams due to technicalities!!!)
1400 grams of Ethiopia Agaro Duromina
1804 grams of Colombia Totoro
3000 grams of Ethiopia Hafursa Waro
= 7,857 grams
17.3 pounds + 43.8 = 61.1 pounds

Roasted 3/4 of a pound of Mexican and 1.5 pounds of Ethiopian beans today so a total of 2.25 pounds.

61.1 + 2.25 = 63.35 pounds to date.

Edit - Had to make an adjustment b/c I did another batch.

What source did you go thru for the El Salvador and how are they overall Pshankstar?

Bodhi Leaf a few months back when they had a sale on them. More body, not so acidic and well rounded and a nice change up from all the Ethiopian beans I bought from Sweet Maria’s even further back. One had a hint of lime and was delicious.
