Well this was my first shot at roasting of any kind. I grabbed a lb of Ethiopian beans from morebeer when getting some other stuff. I don't have any sort of roaster so I tried it in my air fryer. I know i can do better than this, but for a first go, it wasn't terrible!! Coffee happened. To a new hobby!!

.5 Ethiopian

71.34 + .5 = 71.84

After the first time I roasted coffee in a cast iron skillet, my air fryer was my go-to until my very thoughtful husband bought me a small coffee roaster for Christmas. You might check out Coffee Bean Corral if you think you'll want to upgrade your equipment.

Nice thank you for the advice!! I drink coffee everyday. There is no way I'm not going to dive into this fast!!

How do you like the natural Honduras coffee? The last couple years I have bought some natural and dry process central american beans that were nice and fruity.

It's my first natural. I always bought washed, thinking it was more idiot-proof. Decided to try something different. This Honduras is VERY NICE. I went slow and low, dropped 2 mins after the start of 1c. Mill City said that one is best at light roasts.

Very nice, has a smooth fruitiness and makes for a very well-rounded cup. I highly recommend it.
