So far 7 gallons. 3 gallons T'ej, 1 gallon each Orange Blossom, Avocado Honey Mead, Raspberry Melomel and Pomegranate Melomel. That's so far in 2015.

one 3 gallon Blackberry Cherry mead
one 2 gallon Spiced Orange mead
one 1 gallon Blueberry Cherry mead
one 1 gallon Blueberry Orange mead
one 1 gallon Apricot mead
one 1 gallon JAOM
one 1 gallon Joe's Grape
one 1/2 gallon JAOM.

All either fermenting or aging.
 
+1 gallon of raw wildflower honey mead with Evian spring water and Vigo Cider Yeast.

214.5 + 1 = 215.5
 
2 hydromel one blueberry, one blackberry; 2 braggot dry hopped Cascade and Centennial; 1 MOAM 229.5+5= 234.5
 
+ 1 gal Joe's Grape Mead using white juice = 235.5
White Welch's has KMeta in it, so I figured I could just agitate the heck out of it and wait a day. We'll see how this goes. Apparently white is more sugary than Concord. Either that or the honey was denser...

1 gal acording to recipee /1 gal vanilla bean added after first week/ 1 gal apple and juice added with 1 cinnamon stick and tea spoon of nutmeg (trying for mild apple pie flavor)

=238.5 total
 
1 gallon vanilla bochet and 1 gallon cyser made from my own bee hives honey.

243.5 total.
 
253 + 13,2 (bouchet with dried chipotle pepper and vanilla) + 14 (Half Bouchet with cocoa nibs, vanilla and coffee) = 280,2
 
1 gallon of mead made with Rowse honey, Harrogate sparkling (whoops) spring water and Lalvin 71B-1122 "Narbonne" wine yeast.

305+1=306 gallons
 
6 gallons on my very first batch made with lemon, cinnamom, and clove

306 +6= 312 gallons
