What recipe did you use? I have been itching to brew one? Did you do a decoction mash and or sour mash?

Sent from a happy little tree

IT was the casper the Gose recipe here. I did neither, I just used a homemade 2-row lacto stater and will pitch 1056 in a few days. Im not sure if it will be true to style, but hopefully it will turn out drinkable. I need to do more research on the style/recipes but I saw that one friday and had the ingredients, so I figured Id try a smaller batch of it. Hoping for the best :D
