How many gallons of homebrew in 2014?

So, my newb question... when does brewing "count"? Going into the fermenter or into bottling/kegging?

It counts once brewed. 5.5 Gal Oatmeal Milk Stout +2681.5= 2687

I'd say once you've brewed it, it counts. Whether it gets bottled or kegged it's still brewed beer. So I'd say once you throw yeast in it your good to go. How it turns out depends in how you treat it.
