How many gallons of homebrew in 2014?

5 gal Pilsner already bottled, and 5 gal cream ale in primary. Much more to come this year.

2562 + 10 = 2572 though I'm a little confused.

I'm not either...5g of my 1st IPA, 3rd batch ever

2577+5= 2582
 
2596.5
+ 5 Lemongrass wheat
+ 5 Red cherrywood IPA
+ 5 Arrogant Bastard-ish
+ 5 90 Minute IPA
= 2616.5
 
I actually brewed it a couple weeks ago but was within 2014

+5 gallons of Amber Ale (First Batch!)

Total = 2631.5 gallons
 
So, my newb question... when does brewing "count"? Going into the fermenter or into bottling/kegging?


I'd say once you've brewed it, it counts. Whether it gets bottled or kegged it's still brewed beer. So I'd say once you throw yeast in it your good to go. How it turns out depends in how you treat it.

Just my .02 I'm sure others disagree
