Just finished my chocolate milk stout a few minutes ago.

3058.25 + 5 = 3063.25

Ooops, just looked at the math from above. If emjay's total was 3063.25, then my total should've been 3079.25. Now curiosity has gotten the better of me and I've got to find where that Qt. came from...

2010 was a rebirth of homebrewing for me. I managed to get 20 gallons brewed in the last few months.

Since 1-1-11 I have gotten three more batches under my belt. So far:

5g AG Stone IPA clone
5g AG Dead Guy Clone
5g AG SA Cream Stout clone

15g TOTAL

I look forward to trying to get 2 5g batches in a month - we'll see if SWMBO allows such gluttony!

I'm tempted to make my batch on Sunday 1/4Gal short just to get rid of that stupid .25 :D

10g Trippel
10g 1056 Beer Geek Pale Ale

3114.25 + 20 = 3134.25

I'm actually going to try to keep up on this thread this year!

Big ol' (1.103) Imperial Stout. 3 ounces of oak chips are soaking in Makers Mark until it ferments out.

3159.5 + 5.5 = 3165
