VPN and server problems led to an unexpected day off; brewed up a wit to celebrate the (temporary) warm weather. Did a test run brewing in the basement with a few fans going and windows cracked. I might need to do that more often.

1691 + 5 gallons = 1696

5 gallons of Red Ale
3 gallons of Russian Imperial Oatmeal Stout
5 gallons of Double Honey Blonde
5 gallons of Brown Ale

1706 + 18 = 1724

I bet we can surpass some of the big regionals out there by December.

How much does Boston or Sierra Nevada produce annually?

10 Apfelwein
5 BM's Centennial Blonde
5 Ed's Haus Pale

1965+20 = 1985g

I have another 15 going into buckets in the next two weeks. I'll add more then.

You could only wish. Boston is over 1,000,000 BBLs a year. I think Sierra is well over 750,000 BBls a year. That's 54,250,000 gals a year, but we can try:)

6 GAL (Aussie Pale Ale - pitched yeast 12/26, bottled 1/10, does this count?)
6 GAL (Lager)
5 GAL (Blue Moon Clone)
6 GAL (Irish Stout - still in secondary)
6 GAL (Sparkling Ale - kegged 5 GAL last night)
6 GAL (Cascaded IPA - kegged 5 GAL last night)
-----
35 GAL (so far)

TexasStu's 35 + 2000 = 2035

5 gallons Brown Biscuit
5 gallons California Common
5 gallons Rye IPA

2035 + 15 = 2050
