5 gallons brewed. Does take about 7wks for that sweet spot, but great gateway beer!

4567.5 Gallons Brewed.

4620+5 = 4625

Added 1 # DME due to my low efficiency BIAB and added some Mosaic hops because my Cascade was only 5%AA. Hit 1.055 OG and looking forward to kegging this in 2 weeks!

4635 + 5 = 4640

Sub'd Sterling for the Cascade and looking forward to tasting the difference.

4645 + 5 = 4650.

Accidentally made it a tad more bitter, completely forgot to account for a different %AA on the Cascade we used last year. Think I like it better this way.

Also, drank plenty of them for Midsummers Eve yesterday.

I have made 30, so 4665 + 30 = 4695. I sub Hallertau or Saphir for Cascade. Such a simple and delicious recipe.

4695 + 6 = 4701

Just made my first batch of 5 gallons but efficiency was higher than expected with double crush BIAB and OG was 1.070.
FG so far is 1.013 after 6 days.
That's like 7.5% too high. lol.

Plan to dilute to 6 gallons to bring ABV down a little and going to put some grapefruit zest and grapefruit in that 6th gallon then keg the rest.

new to BIAB and all grain only made two so far.
First was ed's chocolate porter.

If I might make a suggestion, consider doing your dilution in the glass with carbonated water. Then you can enjoy it at various strengths depending on the situation.
