I've just transferred my first batch into a glass carboy. There's a bit of pulp from the apples floating on top. Will this have adverse effects or can I leave it until I do my first racking?
Did 5 gallons on 1/1/12 so that is 22122 + 5 = 22127. Looking forward to kegging it in a couple of weeks or more. Trying the skeeter pee next and then back to more apfelwein.
