How long is crushed grain good for? I just found a brown paper bag in the back of my beer/ingredient fridge. It has to be a couple of months old. It has 2# pale, 1# crystal, 1# honey malt,1# rye. All of them crushed. I have no idea what
I was buying them for, or why I didn't use them. Probably a "drinking too much" while brewing issue. Now, should I dump or use them in a batch?
