So I bought some ruby red grapefruit a couple days ago with the intention of zesting them and trying my hand at a Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin clone. Long story short I brewed some different batches today, and it will be a couple weeks before I will brew again. The grapefruit will spoil before I use them, so could I zest them and refrigerate (or freeze) and do the same with the juice?
