How long will grains last after milling?

I would like to buy the grains and have them milled at the LHBS, then sealed (not vacuum), and then use them at some point in the next month or so. They should be ok if sealed, right?

Yeah, you'll definitely be alright if using them within a month or so

Yup, it'll be fine. I brewed a brown ale that the grains had been milled for about 3 months and it came out wonderful.
