Hey guys,
I went to my lhbs and got my fine crush for my next brew. They normally put it in a vacuum sealed bag, but their machine was out so they were using grain bags. I left the brew shop at 6pm on friday. Im brewing tuesday morning. I took the bag and wrapped several trashbags around the bag to make the best air tight seal i could. and put it in the fridge. Normally i wouldn't be worried with a 3 day wait, but since it isn't vacuum sealed do you think it will be ok? It is mainly 2 row with a few specialty grains for my upcoming simcoe / citra ipa
