I let my cherry wheat condition in the bottle?
I had a taste as a bottled, very promising.

This was the label I made for it.

I'd taste it after a week, it probably wont be best until 3 weeks?? I tried my hefe after 6 days in the bottle, not fully carbed, but very good already. I like to taste after a week in the bottle, expect for my RIS which needs months.
Very cool label!!

From what I have read, and if someone who knows and has brewed this style before would chime in, wheat beers are better fresh. I am sure my hefe wont last long with my family drinking them this next week on vacation (family vaca everyone coming in from all over the country) and labor day coming up. I might have to put a 6er away to see what it does after a few months?
