i will be kegging 2-3 at about 12 psi continously...pending no leaks...how long should i expect it to last???

Depends on how you use it, but that link posted above gives a general idea for just serving. I've seen that in an ideal situation, carbing/serving used roughly 1/2lb of co2. So, a 10lber would last for about 20 kegs. But as mentioned, a lot of people use them for other things like cleaning/sanitizing etc. I'm still dialing in my system and have been chasing small leaks, but am noticing about 1lb of co2 per keg.

but am noticing about 1lb of co2 per keg.

that seems very high. you should be able to dispense 20-40 gallons per lb of CO2, or force carbonate 5-15 gallons per pound of CO2.

all depending on serving pressure and carbonation volume, of course.
