How long can you keep your bottles conditioning? are different styles of beer various? Im asking because I will be getting married this october and I had planned on making my own beers (different styles) for the wedding. SO i was trying to figure out if some of the batches i make now or have in bottles already would they be good 5 to 6 months from now? :mug:
 
Depends where you store them. In the fridge and there would be less of a change than at room temp.

Also depends on the styles you make. What do you have in mind?
 
keep the bottles below 80F. some styles of beer are better young than with extended conditioning. it also depends if you accidentally oxidized the beer somewhere along the line. it may take some time for the cardboard flavors to come out. again some styles show the taste sooner than others.

assuming the above issues are not an issue for you then 5-6 months shouldn't be a problem.
 
5-6 months should be okay, but especially weizens (other than weizenbocks) and dry-hopped IPAs don't age as well as other things.

General scheme:
Brew your hefeweizens last. Brew super hoppy beers next to last. Brew your more standard ales before them, and your big beers (other than hop bombs), stouts, and lagers before them. Any RIS or barleywine or anything oaked or bugged comes earliest (and you may not have time for some of those).

That's not hard and fast, but it'll help get you in the ballpark anyway.
