Hey all,
I have a batch of cider bubbling away in a one-gallon jug, and I have heard some varying opinions about how long to let it ferment in primary before racking it to secondary. I don't want it to taste like dead yeast, but I also don't want to disrupt the fermentation. Right now, I'm inclined to let it sit until it almost stops bubbling, but maybe this isn't the best plan. Let me know what you guys think!

Oh, and here are some specifics:
One gallon of cider with 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1oz Nottingham Ale Yeast. Starting s.g. 1.060. It's only been in primary for a little over a week.
