Well, brew day has now been postponed until Wednesday. I made my starter for this brew back on Thursday. The yeasties were happy and fermented out the starter. How long can I let this sit without any problems? I just need it to sit for a couple more days:)

It will be just fine as long as you keep it cool in a refridgerator, and capped or with an airlock to keep out bacteria. let it warm to room temperature before pitching.

Stick it in the fridge, and take it back out early on brew day to warm back up. I've done this a couple of times with no problems.
