I had my Carboys sitting in the corner uncovers but out of direct sunlight since I started the brew about 2 months ago. Should I be worried? Thanks.

If this is beer I would be! (Sorry) Blue, green, and ultraviolet light skunks beer, and it can happen fast. Have you tasted it? I'm going to guess it's shot. Hope not for your sake of course. Covering carboys with a towel or shirt is a pretty essential thing to do when fermenting in a space with any amount of natural light, be it direct sunlight or simply indirect ambient light.

If it's cider, I guess probably not. You didn't say and I just noticed the forum this post was in.
