Who here can tell me what this pile of ingredients will be when it is done?

Looks like maybe a wheat IPA,judging from all the hops & grain types. With some things found in the shock top clone from BB.
 
Looks like a wit, but with some weird hops in there. An imperial American wit?
 
And high test, he's got 13lbs of LME AND a partial mash.

Some kind of Wit/IPA hybrid that get you off you rocker in a hurry.

I like the way you think either way.

Correct! This is two beers. An American IPA and a Belgian WIT aka Blue Moon clone. The coriander and orange peel should have given the latter away!

I had a party last weekend and the ENTIRE keg of my blue-moon clone went! This is the first time I tried the BM clone. It was the hit of the party! People knew it was a blue-moon clone but said it was better then BM. I changed the recipe up a little this time so we'll see how it turns out. The IPA I have been making the same for over 5 years.
