4 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt
4 lbs White Wheat Malt
12 oz. Honey Malt
4 oz. Carapils
4 oz. Acidulated Malt

1 oz. Northern Brewer (Pellets, 8.00 %AA) - boiled @ 20 min.
1 oz. Northern Brewer (Pellets, 8.00 %AA) - Secondary.
1 oz. Orange Peel - Boiled @ 10 minutes
1 oz. Orange Peel - Secondary
1 oz. Coriander - Secondary

Yeast : White Labs WLP001 California Ale
 
I haven't tried brewing with anything fruit related, i.e. the orange peel in this recipe, but you might want to add a half oz. of a bittering hop. Something like Amarillo or Cascade which have a citrus taste and would help balance out the sweetness of the wort. Otherwise, I say go nuts and experiment!
