Bye-Ab. When I was stationed in Baghdad everyone referred to Baghdad International AirPort (yeah i know the P isn't capitalized, stick w/ me here) as Bye-Op for BIAP so I just assumed that BIAB would be Bye-Ab though out of habit I usually end up saying Bye-Ob even though its an A and no an O in both places. Dunno, maybe its just an Army thing, they do love them some acronyms.

I recall hearing a podcast with Pat Hollingdale, one of the early BIAB proponents, he said bye ab, I didn't like the way it sounded.
