How do you guys get the lid off of your primary fermenter?

Just FYI -- I cut notches into the outer lip on my bucket lids. This makes the lip more flexible and easier to put on and take off.

Oh they are, but if you screw them on real tight then you're going to be fighting with it to unscrew it as they always seem to tighten up during fermentation.

Check out a restaurant equipment supply store. They are pretty standard equipment in restaurants.
