I am trying to contact a commercial brewer but they don't have an email or phone number listed on their site (except for a number to their merchandise store).

I want to see if I can get any information about a beer they make...any suggestions?

I also want to mention that I can contant "Boston Beer", the company that owns Sam Adams, but I feel like they are more about running the company than brewing the beer

Well, Samuel Adams is just the brand. The company IS Boston Beer Company, so thats where I'd start. I've contacted smaller breweries like Bells, Terrapin, Great Lakes and Highland. You might have a harder time getting up the chain of command, but if you search around, you might send out a few feeler emails to some people at Boston Beer Company.

I did find this page :write to us. That one might be a long shot (no pun intended), but if you explain you are looking for tips on brewing that beer, you might eventually get an answer.
