Basically I pulled the cherries 3 days in to the fermentation where it already went from 29 brix to 9. Now, I wanted the tasty cherries to eat with friends now. (The cherries are really awesome by the way) I want to keep these cherries for a week.
I put them with some of the mead into the fridge but afraid the alcohol will cook them.
Thought of adding water, but the water will draw all the tasty juices out.
Without liquid they will shrivel and let their juices out.
So how do I store them ?
