How do I stop the emails

Hopefully someone can help me. I always get a tone of emails from homebrewtalk late at night. How do I stop this?

Go into the "subscribed threads" menu and change the notification settings for each thread to "no email notification".

You could set up TASKER on Android to turn off notifications for emails during your sleeping hours...

I have mine set to do that, and to turn the ringer down to low. it automatically turns them back up in the morning.
