How do I know if my solenoid is set up for lp or ng?

Hello, I recently bought a Honeywell VR8200A2132, used for $30. I'm unsure if it is set up for propane or natural gas. How can I check?

I did not know solenoids are rated for what they turn on and off. At least if it is a gas rated solenoid. As far as I know, gas is gas.

If you have a part number, look up the spec. Honeywell will specify which gases it is rated for. I doubt you will find such a spec.

Most devices are made for natural gas as this one is also. They do have an LP conversion kit.

Hey guys thank you for the info. I read the manual on the honeywell site and it is set up for ng. I went and ordered the conversion spring.
