How can I put compressed air connector on keg posts?

Also, what connector do I need to put a pressure gauge directly on a keg?

Disconnect -> Beer line --> compressed air connector (with a barb fitting on it)
You should use some hose clamps as well - compressed air is typically at a higher pressure than CO2.

My pressure gauge fits straight into a duotight connector, it's one of these https://www.kegland.com.au/8mm-5-16-push-in-pressure-gauge-0-40psi.html, so
disconnect -> 8mm beer line -> 8mm push in joiner -> pressure gauge
but it's going to depend on the presssure gauge.

For the guage you need a ffl to 1/4 npt union. Depending on where you buy it, the ffl will be 1/4 (homebrew) or 1/8 (typical plumbing or hardware).

Probably same setup for compressed air.

I use a barbed gas ball lock connector to short tubing to a barbed male compressed air fitting and this adapter works with anything with a gas post

Here is what I have set up to pressure test kegs when I get used ones, and for heavy cleaning to move some cleaner around. I put it on the air gun so that I have an easy valve to use to control the air if needed.

The valve stem is off an old bicycle inertube. You can use any tire pump to pressurize it and a tire pressure gauge to check it.

The fisrt piece is 1/4 flare x 1/4 mpt. Then a female x female coupler, then your mpt threads on the stainless prv.

If you swap the prv for a gas gauge you can use it to check pressure in the keg.

If you swap it for a barb fitting you can use some tubing and a clamp to connect to compressed air supply.

Or swap the prv for a quick connect coupler and you can insert your air supply quick connect plug right into it.

If you can find a ffl x fpt connector then you can skip the female x female coupler in the middle. But theyre hard to find. Gotta hit a hardware store well stocked with brass fittings. Lowes and home depot typically wont have it. Worst case you just use the female x female. Not a big deal.

Depending on what sort of tubing you have for the air supply, you might be able to just use on the these- flare to tubing. Just remember these fittings are sized by outside diameter of tube, not inside. So a typical 1/4 vinyl hose will be 3/8 outside diameter, etc.

looks kinda like what i think OP is describing, but i dont think theres enough info to be sure. first off, you need to verify your threading on the keg posts. alot of the manufacturers used different threadings. 9/16, 19/32, 3/4, 11/16, etc

once you have that you can search for an adapter. but i dont see how that is going to make a direct connection for you in the sense that there will only be one piece. you will still likely need to go from the post to either MPT or MFL, then to whatever you are using to connect the air supply- a barb for a hose, a quick connect plug/adapter, etc.

but determining the post thread count is where you need to start.

Correct, not enough info. However, this is the type of fitting needed. I did not mean to imply that it would fit OP keg, but if you want to adapt keg post to flare or npt, this is the type of fitting you want.

so you are saying you want to connect your corny DIRECTLY to your air compressor? not a hose, not an air line, the actual air compressor unit?

as in you are not going to have an air hose or tubing or pex or antyhing between the corny and the compressor tank? you would literally hard pipe them together with fittings?
