Mis-dated my fermenting bucket. I have a northern brewers cream ale. Supposed to ferment 2 weeks. Took it out after 10 days and started cold crashing it. Is the worst I can expect is a lower ABV ? Any point in letting it warm back up ?

Was planning on a slow carb in a keg . Should it let it warm for another week or so ? If I do, would that affect quality or flavor ?

Did you take any gravity readings? 10 days could of been a ok, gravity reading depending

My guess would be it is fine if you used a good strong yeast. Since it will be kegged I would not worry about it too much. May be a little sweeter than expected. I find getting gravities as one of my lesser favorite tasks in brewing. Purchased a refractometer from homebrewstuff for $50 and it has been well worth it. Couple drops in the dropper look at it and done. Is it as accurate not really but it gets you in the ball park.

TLDR: You should be fine. Since your kegging it I would not fret over it.
