I KNOW this isn't just northern Virginia

Took a trip down 81 a few weeks ago and had a technology-isn't-always-great moment.
Big accident had a "39 minute delay" on 81S, so Jill (yeah, I named my GPS) told me to exit to save 34 minutes.

Apparently, Jill was at a rave with all her GPS besties, who decided to have *EVERYONE* exit I-81, and so we crawled at approximately 0.004372 mph down E Main St Roanoke, and saved approximately -14 minutes than if we'd stayed on I-81S.

Good times.

Neither do I.

I guess I used to think such a pan needed to be recycled, but I've since learned that these pans absorb heat rather than reflecting it back, so they do have some benefits over new ones.

Still could use a good cleaning, I suppose. Still puzzled.

I threw my pans out and replaced them with all cast iron and haven't looked back and I'm not sure where that meme came from. Oh god, I think I just officially turned old..

Looks like a pretty good pan to me, well constructed, traditional design, probably of a decent metal gauge for the type.

Would not be that hard to clean up. If you don't want to put work into it, soaking in a hearty mix of PBW & water will do it, or other similar cleaning products.

Of course, some treasure a patina of a half a lifetime of meals...as long as they were theirs...

And they want to sell you what? a brandy new shiny one, don't ask what it is made of, 'cause nobody really knows.
