In Billings MT there’s an intersection at the bottom of a mile-long, steep hill. There’s a livestock auction company about four blocks south. Loaded cattle trucks coming into town, headed to the stockyards, have to make a right turn at this intersection. Loaded cattle trailers are notoriously top heavy. Every couple of years a trucker will take the corner a little too fast and lay a load of critters on it’s side in the middle of the street. Happened again just last month. There’s a cafe at this corner named-wait for it-The Tippy Cow Cafe.
