I just wanted to give a thumbs up to Praxair on West Little York in Houston. Swapped in an old 20# tank way out of date, they charged me hydro, but it was only $13, co2 charge was only $16.... I thought it was a heck of a deal and they were attentive and fast. Now I have a tank with a 2015 hydro date on it so I should never have to pay that fee again.
